2. Is this a physical product or a digital download?
All products sold on Thetaoneharm are 100% digital downloads. We do not ship any physical products to your address. Once your purchase is complete, you will receive immediate access to download the files.
3. How will I receive my files after purchasing?
As soon as your payment is confirmed, you will see a download link on the order confirmation page. Additionally, an automated email containing the download links will be sent to the email address you provided during checkout. If you don't see it, please check your Spam or Promotions folder.
4. What should I do if a file is corrupted or won't open?
Don't worry! If you experience any issues with opening or extracting the files, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. State your order number and the issue, and we will send you a fresh copy of the files right away.
5. Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
