Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at ThetaOneHarm. We want to ensure you have a transparent and satisfying experience with our digital design files.

Because our products are digital goods delivered instantly via Internet download, please read our refund and return conditions carefully.

1. Digital Nature of Products (All Sales Are Final)

Due to the intangible and irrevocable nature of digital downloads (SVG, DXF, PNG, AI, PDF files), all sales are final. Once a digital file has been purchased and the download link has been generated or delivered to your email, we cannot issue a refund, return, or cancellation.

Unlike physical items, digital products cannot be “returned” to our inventory once they are in your possession.

2. Defective or Corrupted Files

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you experience any technical issues with your purchase, such as:

  • A corrupted file that cannot be opened.
  • A missing format or file extension that was advertised on the product page.
  • An error in the design line that makes it unusable with your cutting machine (Cricut, Silhouette, etc.).

Please contact us within 7 days of purchase at [email protected]. We will inspect the issue immediately and provide a corrected, fully functional replacement file at no additional cost.

3. Wrong Product Purchases & Exchanges

If you accidentally purchased the wrong design file, an exchange may be granted only if our system confirms that the download link has not been clicked or accessed. If you have already downloaded the file, it is no longer eligible for an exchange. Please double-check your cart before completing your payment.

4. Approved Refunds (Exceptional Cases)

In rare circumstances where a refund is approved by our support team (e.g., accidental duplicate payment for the exact same order):

  • The refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method (PayPal).
  • Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the refund to reflect on your account, depending on your financial institution.
